What you need to know before you book...

COVID19

All clients with a referral from their GP with a Mental Health Care Plan are eligible for a rebate of $128.40 for up to 10 sessions per calendar year. Kerri will call you at the time of your appointment.

Remote Clients

Eligible clients who are located in a rural and remote area and have a Mental Health Treatment Plan are eligible for a rebate of $128.40 for up to 10 sessions per calendar year for counselling via telehealth. Eligible patients are required to have a Mental Health Treatment Plan and be located in a rural and remote area, namely, Modified Monash Model areas 4-7. To find out if you are located in an eligible area, please visit the MMM locator, select the ‘MMM classification’ and enter the location. For further information click here​. We can process your Medicare rebate online for your convenience. Please ensure your account details are registered with Medicare.

Private Clients

Sessions are in line with the recommended rate set by the APS and are $246 for a 50 minute consultation.

Our Cancellation Policy

We understand that schedules sometimes change and unexpected things come up. You can change your appointment time if your availability changes, however, we require a minimum of a full business day's notice. By business hours, we mean we need to know the business day before your scheduled appointment time. For example, if your appointment is on a Monday morning, we need to know that you are unable to attend on the Friday morning prior to your scheduled appointment time.

Messages and emails received out of business hours are considered to be received at 9am the next business day.

A cancellation fee of 100% of our consultation fee will be charged if an appointment is missed, forgotten about, or cancelled at short notice (i.e. with less than 1 business day's notice).

 - I only see adults;  all clients must be 18 years and older.

 - I do not do any third-party billing (except NDIS) and I am not registered with an Employee Assistance Program.

- All of the appointment times are in NT time, so please allow for the time difference.
